Job Requirements Very good experience in planning, executing and tracking the projects, Daily management through the life cycle of the program. Ensure projects are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization. Update vet log with new projects/status on existing projects. Provide updates to PM's on project status. Create deliveries and coordinate with CFT on customer projects. Analyzing demand planning and production planning needs. Provide day-to-day JIRA support for engineering planning to projects. Making recommendations for changes to the JIRA network templates/Engineering Network/Template maintenance. Liaison between project stakeholders (SCM, PL, DM, etc.) and engineering. Support creation of engineering plans and department capacities to ensure the availability of labor to meet production requirements and delivery commitments. Advising management of the statuses of engineering and drafting work in progress. Perform JIRA configuration activities, write functional specifications, test/validate functionality and follow change management processes. Create user documentation including Work Instructions for the internal customers. Work Experience Technical capability requirement: Strong in JIRA & SAP. Min. 3yrs experience as Project coordinator. Required Skills (Technical Competency): AS/BS degree or minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. Confident knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office), MS Project. Proactive, independent personality. Excellent communication, organizational problem solving skills required.
