Project Support Coordinator II For Institutional Effectiveness And Research (Ier)
The Project Support Coordinator II for Institutional Effectiveness and Research (IER) provides support in coordinating key administrative, logistical, and data functions within the department. This position also assists with communications, trainings, record keeping, and project management by tracking timelines and progress to support IER initiatives and promote their alignment with institutional goals. Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Administrative and Logistical Support: Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events to ensure all logistics are managed effectively. Assist in preparing and distributing communication materials, including reports, presentations, and updates. Maintain accurate records of IER activities, including data collection, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Data Management: Support in the collection and management of data related to IER assessments and outcomes. Ensure that all data is properly stored, organized, and easily accessible for reporting purposes. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for IER-related inquiries and communications. Coordinate communication efforts with administration, faculty, and staff for all projects and initiatives. Project Management: Assist IER in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that all initiatives are on schedule. Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's Christian model and Mission

Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support is required. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Experience in project coordination or administrative support. Proficiency in data management and report preparation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Abilities And Competencies Essential To The Function Of The Job

Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner. If the employee is required to travel in performing the duties and responsibilities of the position, the use of one's personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required for travel. Proof of a valid driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee's position.
