The Sr. HR Business Partner is an individual contributor or supervisor that is both a strategic and hands-on role that serves primarily as a strategic and business partner to the site operations leaders, while also being responsible for the execution of full-cycle human resources support. The role is critical in devising local organization effectiveness and talent development strategies while executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, transforming the organization's culture and driving HR functional excellence. Primary responsibilities include analyzing organizational effectiveness, partnering with hiring managers and talent management team, managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, providing performance management guidance, consulting and counseling regarding compensation alignment, maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, and serving as a vital link between local operations, functional and corporate teams. Must have qualifications include a BA/BS degree in human resources or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience, a minimum of 7+ years' experience in an HR business partner/generalist capacity, and masters level preferred PHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Nice-to-have qualifications include excellent analytical and problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills, and the ability to build a multi-lingual translation team to support ethnically diverse work populations.
