Senior Hr Technology Analyst
Under general supervision, provides a wide variety of system maintenance, analysis, reporting, training, and internal user support of the Workday HCM enterprise HR information system, as well as other HR application. Relying on significant experience and knowledge, the Senior HR Technology Analyst is accountable for accomplishing the following responsibilities: Provide day to day support for Workday HCM and other HR technology solutions including, but not limited to, standard configuration, system administration, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws. Perform audits to ensure data integrity. Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards. Develop and/or implement system enhancement requests following HR Technology's change management and delivery processes. Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions. Lead bi-annual releases by tracking and presenting new features to stakeholders. Train internal clients on new processes/functionality and collaborate in the development of user support tools, such as Knowledge Bites. Create EIBs and maintain inbound/outbound integrations. Provide subject matter expertise and maintain awareness of current trends in Workday and other HR technology solutions. Qualifications: 4 year/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience. Workday experience required. Strong digital literacy and orientation, including knowledge and experience with MS Office suite, Google Suite, Excel and database software. Organization skills include the ability to multitask, make decisions and pay strong attention to details. Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical users. Communication and interpersonal skills to include effective oral and written communication, presentation skills and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships. Proven analytical, problem solving and project management skills. Proven experience managing confidential and sensitive employee data. Why Join Us?
