TMHCC is seeking a Senior Talent Analytics Partner to support the development and execution of strategic HR analytics initiatives. This highly visible, hands-on individual contributor role will work closely with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Technology team, and external vendors to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions that inform talent strategy and workforce decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and apply analytics solutions that drive better talent decisions. Conduct quantitative analysis and apply statistical methods to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic workforce initiatives. Provide actionable insights through storytelling using structured and unstructured data from multiple HR systems. Research and recommend solutions in areas related to data analytics (analysis methods, technology, software, programming, etc.). Reporting & Visualization

Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Cognos. Leverage Workday Reporting and Dashboards to support ongoing HR operational and strategic reporting needs. Monitor and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions. Technical Project Support

Support analytics-related project execution from concept through delivery, including scoping, stakeholder engagement, development, testing, and rollout. Work with external vendors to implement new reporting tools or analytics platforms as needed. Research and recommend new tools, technologies, or methodologies that improve analytics capabilities. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Contribute to the development of a Talent Analytics roadmap and promote data-driven practices across HR. Educate and influence peers and stakeholders by communicating complex analytics concepts in simple, business-friendly terms. Share expertise and best practices to elevate the organization's use of workforce data and insights. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, HR Analytics, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally with a focus on HR or workforce data. Strong knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and data governance principles. Proficiency in Workday Reporting and Dashboards is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Cognos. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical data concepts clearly and concisely. Preferred Qualifications
