We're looking for a sharp, proactive Business Manager to take full ownership of land and repower support activities across a diverse portfolio of operating and repowering renewable energy projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, acts without waiting for direction, and builds trust by consistently delivering results. You'll be the go-to leading land-related agreements and stakeholder engagement. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on track and issues are resolved efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Managing the intake, review, and execution of third-party crossing requests and encroachment easements, including: Coordinating with Legal, Engineering, and Land Services on technical and legal review Drafting, redlining, and negotiating agreements with external stakeholders Supporting and executing road use agreements for company-owned roads, ensuring access rights and maintenance responsibilities are clearly defined Serving as the primary point of contact for third-party land access requests and ensuring alignment across internal teams Planning and participating in landowner dinners and local engagement events to foster positive long-term relationships Responding to landowner issues, coordinating timely and effective resolutions Leading ad hoc land requests, driving execution from intake through resolution This role will require up to 40% travel to support site visits, landowner meetings, and in-person events.
