What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to help grow our booming service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, building trust and ensuring a positive service experience Accurately write repair orders, capturing customer concerns, symptoms, and vehicle history Communicate vehicle issues and repair needs clearly to both customers and technicians Provide clear estimates and get proper authorizations for service work and additional repairs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota factory warranties, recalls, and maintenance schedules Coordinate with the parts department and service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Conduct follow-up calls to update customers on repair status and confirm satisfaction after service Upsell recommended services and maintenance based on vehicle needs and inspection reports Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Toyota and dealership policies Manage multiple repair orders efficiently, maintaining a smooth and organized workflow Stay current with Toyota certifications, product knowledge, and service advisor training Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally Meet or exceed service department sales goals and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets Must be able to handle aftermarket warranty and insurance claims, including proper documentation and follow-up for approvals and payments Perform active delivery of vehicles by reviewing completed work with the customer and addressing any final questions Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage future service visits Send VIDEO MPI to the customer in a timely manner as soon as the technicians complete the initial MPI inspection
