Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly capable
Project Manager
to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic oversight and hands-on project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and experience using Procore's
Financial Management Module . Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from initiation through closeout. Utilize Procore's
Financial Management Module
to manage budgets, contracts, and change orders. Maintain oversight of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones while ensuring all goals and timelines are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local government agencies. Provide detailed project administration and documentation, including RFI tracking, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and local DC government regulations. The Successful Applicant
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Project Manager
in the construction industry. Hands-on experience using
Procore Financial Management Module . Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems efficiently, and adapt quickly. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated experience managing
interior build-outs
and/or
DC government projects
is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Working knowledge of DC permitting and regulatory processes. PMP Certification or similar is a plus.
