Job Summary: The HR Service Center Representative - Junior serves as a primary point of contact for all U.S. and Puerto Rico associates regarding Leaves of Absence. This role provides timely, accurate information about HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company-specific leave laws and guidelines. The representative will build deep knowledge of HR services through active case management and cross-functional team support.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries about leaves of absence, HR policies, and procedures through phone, email, and internal dashboards. Document all communication and processing details in the case management system (ServiceNow). Administer leave programs in compliance with FMLA, state disability, family leave, ERISA, and company sick policies. Use internal resources to expand knowledge of HR shared services topics. Ensure timely and accurate leave administration using dashboards to track workload. Participate in cross-training and support other HR service areas as needed. Complete special projects as assigned. Required Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 1-2 years of related customer service or HR experience Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and systems Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage confidential information and apply privacy standards Nice-to-Have Experience:

Previous leave of absence or case management experience Experience working in HR shared services or a contact center Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case management tools Required Skills:

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Multitasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Preferred Skills:
