Job Summary
Aptive seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) efforts to implement the Electronics Health Information Management (EHRM). The expected compensation at the time of requisition creation, is between $150,000 and $170,000. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional benefits such as 401K, disability insurance, and PTO are provided as well. Primary Responsibilities
The candidate will provide key personnel that have extensive experience in the industry standard tools and processes used to support a large-scale healthcare system in Identity Management support and implementation. Candidate will have expertise in Healthcare Data Quality, Data Management, and Data Quality Analytics principles, policies, and tools. Experience within a healthcare environment is required for the depth of understanding of the specific requirements, as well as an understanding of identity management and data quality principles. The candidate will serve as the subject matter expert in electronic clinical quality reporting, hospital accreditation bodies, and implementation of clinical data quality principles in a large healthcare system. Minimum Qualifications
All key personnel must have 10 years' experience each and hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree and have specific experience in health care analytics and proficiency with an electronic health record (EHR). Experience in IT programming and expertise in analytical tools, i.e. SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), TOAD, Power BI, Excel, MS Access, IBM MDM Inspector, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Minimum qualifications of the candidate will include expert knowledge and abilities in the areas of Data Quality, Identity Management (specifically within the healthcare domain), Data Quality Analytics, Clinical Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Data Management.
