Urgent Care Business Development Representative
Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify target patient populations and referral sources. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient volume and brand awareness. Build relationships with local businesses, physician groups, and community organizations for partnership opportunities. Analyze patient data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency. Create and present proposals to potential partners and insurance companies. Negotiate contracts and manage partner relationships. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient acquisition and revenue growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of the urgent care landscape and market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Data-driven and analytical mindset.
