Manager, Compliance
ADP is hiring a Manager, Compliance. Are you excited about program and project management? Do you enjoy working with internal clients and teams? Are you passionate about Compliance? Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark? You will serve a key role in supporting Global Compliance program needs and objectives. The Manager, Compliance will be responsible for managing the various program components throughout the enhancement of the Global Compliance Program. Project activities include; work plans related to various work streams, scheduling, managing project deadlines and milestones, preparing PowerPoint presentations, collaborating with the various functions and business units and driving projects to completion. Responsibilities Support the integration of regulatory Compliance requirements into business practices. Develop, plan and manage various program activities for Global Compliance. Assist with the overall project management of Global Compliance programs through highly effective use of technology, business processes, and leveraging company associates and resources. Manage project areas including gap analysis, presentations, scheduling, technology, work streams, reports, monitoring, and vendor relationships. Assist in integrating program components into an efficient project management model with the use of management tools and reporting dashboards illustrating program management, performance metrics and overall effectiveness. Utilize industry-accepted project management principles to direct project teams in the definition, planning and execution of complex long-term projects crossing multiple disciplines and geographies. Monitor project managed initiatives to ensure processes are being followed and goals achieved, including completing milestones on time and within budget and an effective change management process. Provide a central source for data gathering on project tasks, costs, and time. Ensure consistent rollout of business compliance processes and initiatives. Required Qualifications Proven track record of successful completion of high-level projects involving cross business and cross functional teams. Experience with use of technology tools including experience applying technology to project planning and management, reporting, data gathering and collection, budgeting, cost control, and performance measurement. Proficient with Microsoft Office with high level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Must have the ability to work under pressure of time constraints, managing projects on a global scale. Knowledge of human capital management industry, or components thereof, preferred. Experience managing compliance related projects, with substantive compliance experience preferred. Excellent consensus building, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Experience working with IT/Development teams and technology tools such as databases and dashboard reporting tools. Proven skills in project management, organizational direction, organizational time management, leadership and motivation, interpersonal relations, and verbal/written communications. Must have a keen ability to collaborate effectively with all businesses and functions. Enthusiastic work ethic. A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above, OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
