The flight department at Embry-Riddle's Prescott Campus is seeking a Testing Center Supervisor & Flight Data Analyst to manager and oversee FAA certification records, student enrollment, and course completion documentation. This position requires analytical skills to assess and improve processes, manage certification data, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role provides leadership in overseeing records and enrollment procedures while performing data analysis to optimize flight school operations, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. In addition, this position will supervisor one full-time testing proctor as well as student workers. May be required to work occasional evenings or weekends based on departmental needs or deadlines. Qualifications
Required Bachelor's degree FAA-related certifications or training in aviation records management Required skills, knowledge, abilities FAA knowledge: Familiarity with FAA regulations, specifically regarding airman certification and flight school procedures. Experience with specialized software: Campus Solutions, Knowledge Lake Imaging, IACRA, ETA Flight Systems, etc. Customer Service Experience: strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-Oriented: position deals with regulatory paperwork and certifications, being detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure is essential. Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially with different student needs and deadlines.
