This position plays a critical role in supporting the financial health and operational success of the Prescott Campus. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the budget office and provides high-level support through analysis, forecasting, reporting, and collaborative customer service to campus stakeholders. This role requires a unique balance of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable digging into data as well as communicating financial information clearly to a wide range of campus partners, from department staff to senior leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field 1 to 3 years in accounting/finance/budgets Required skills, knowledge, abilities: Must have strong Excel/spreadsheet skills. Customer service experience, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical skills including problem solving and data modeling skills. Troubleshooting, researching. Preferred: capital planning and higher education experience.
