Our client, a technology company best known for designing and manufacturing graphics processing units (GPUs), but its scope goes far beyond gaming graphics, is seeking a Conference Room Coordinator to join their team. As a Conference Room Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Conference Room Coordinator Location: Santa Clara, CA Pay Range: Up to $32 per hour What's the Job?
Schedule and coordinate room bookings for internal and external meetings, ensuring availability and adherence to company policies. Coordinate with team members to determine ideal meeting times and room configurations based on requirements. Facilitate room support including AV equipment and other technology needs. Collaborate with catering services for food and beverage arrangements for meetings. Assist with coordination and execution of company events, workshops, and training sessions. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or experience in a related field. 5+ years of experience or prior experience in conference room management, scheduling, or event coordination preferred. Strong skills required in MS Excel and Tableau. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar scheduling software. What's in it for me?
