We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to provide hands-on leadership to our production facilities! The successful candidate must have a "safety-first," hands-on mindset, that is willing to support all areas of operation. This role will also be responsible for managing reliability improvement initiatives and projects to achieve established performance metrics. Primary responsibilities include overseeing maintenance teams and ensuring successful completion of machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and improvement of food processing and ancillary equipment. Key Responsibilities

Launch and lead smart preventive maintenance programs using the latest tracking tools and systems. Keep all machines and systems running at maximum efficiency. Jumpstart improvement projects that enhance safety, workflow, and performance. Create and deliver engaging, skill-building training for all levels of maintenance personnel. Collaborate with Plant Managers and leaders to grow and empower your team. Keep communication open, clear, and solution-focusedespecially across facilities and departments. Maintain R&M budgets, material/parts orders, and cost controls. Manage support systems and maintain full visibility on plant operations. Monitor safety protocolsfrom Lock-Out Tag-Out to OSHA compliancewith a proactive mindset. Audit equipment and processes to forecast failures before they happen. Build and shape a high-performing, future-ready maintenance team. Jump in where needed to support bigger business goalswe're all hands-on here. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Agricultural Engineering (or something similar). At least 5 years in industrial or food/beverage maintenance leadership. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of advanced equipment maintenance tracking software applications, safety standards programs, and formal building maintenance programs. Skill in cost/benefit analysis and capital investment decision-making. Clear understanding of safety standards and compliance programs. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow maintenance teams. Demonstrated success in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and continuous improvement. Tech-savvy approach: comfort with spreadsheets, production dashboards, and digital reporting tools. Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situationsand always think safety-first. Must be able and willing to work safely, including wearing and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Work Environment

Required to access the poultry production environment. Must be able to tolerate the varying heat, wetness, and chill of the plant. Hearing and eye protective equipment required in the production area. Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.
