Information Technology Support Intern

Provides support in the Information Technology (IT) organization. Primary responsibilities are to provide operational excellence through support such as monitoring, enhancements, and technical support. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams on special assignments and/or projects. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end-users Perform data extractions and generate reports. Assist with the implementation and testing of new IT systems and applications. Participate in IT process improvement initiatives. Minimum Education required of the position: Pursing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field. Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher required. Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position: Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Effective communication skills. Attention to detail. Basic foundational knowledge of computer science concepts. Familiarity with testing and project management fundamentals. Some programming experience in Python, SQL, JAVA, or R. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), is preferred.
