Lead and manage light industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues or delays. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes. Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on light industrial projects (e.g., warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification and PMP designation are a plus.
