Development Engine Technical Assistant
Provides technical assistance in all aspects of the setup, de-prep and testing of development engines. Essential Responsibilities: Interface with external organizations & internal supporting functions; coordinates the efforts of project team members in order to accomplish overall goals Act as a project leader on specific tasks within the Development Engine Test Facilitate interaction of staff members with each other and external organizations Periodically prepare and implement supporting work plans Coordinate, direct, and coach the activities of project team members Assist the staff contributor or manager in planning work activity for the organization Qualifications/Requirements: Associate's degree in an applicable technical discipline from an accredited school or institution {i.e. Aviation Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Chemical Technology, etc.} (Or a high school diploma / GED with two years of work experience in a manufacturing or testing environment) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
