Project & Planning Administrator

The Project & Planning Administrator is responsible for preparing action plans associated with the CEO and Executive-level projects, managing project budgets, and gathering & communicating necessary information from project initiation through completion within the office of the Chief Executive Officer. This position will support the development and implementation of projects and program management by creating, managing, and executing various projects that align with the strategic priorities of the organization. They will be responsible for advanced, highly complex professional planning activities. The Project & Planning Administrator serves as a liaison between different departments and the CEO's office, facilitating communication, coordination, and information flow to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Responsibilities

Actively monitors and manages projects that have implications for the CEO's office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Serves as a liaison between different departments and the CEO's office, facilitating communication, coordination, and information flow to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintains comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status updates, meeting minutes, milestones, and action items, to provide timely and accurate updates to senior leadership. Provides support to the CEO and senior leadership team by synthesizing information, preparing reports, and conducting research on various projects and initiatives. Proactively identifies challenges, risks, and opportunities related to projects impacting the CEO's office, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to gather input, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Drives process improvements and best practices in project management to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall organizational performance. Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related discipline. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 years of Project Management experience Experience leading projects related to executive-level strategic initiatives and priorities PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: PMP Certification
