Lead Interior Superintendent

With a commitment to excellence and a portfolio of successful projects, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Interior Superintendent to oversee and ensure the successful execution of our interior construction projects. Job Description
On-Site Management: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Schedule and Resource Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other project resources. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet or exceed project standards. Implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations from specifications. Communication: Facilitate regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and address any issues. Maintain open lines of communication with project managers, clients, and team members. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to prevent delays and budget overruns. Collaborate with project teams to find innovative solutions to challenges.
