DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), a global leader in DNA relationship testing and part of the Eurofins family of 800+ labs worldwide, is hiring a Client Services Representative I for our growing Specialty Testing division. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and takes pride in offering empathetic, informed support to customers. In this role, you'll be the voice behind some of our most unique product linesincluding Peekaboo Early Gender DNA Test, Animal DNA testing, SpermCheck, and more. Job Description
What You'll Do: Handle 3040 calls/emails daily, providing friendly and knowledgeable support Guide customers through their DNA testing journey with empathy and professionalism Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive case information Become an expert in DDC's Specialty Testing products and workflows Why Join DDC? What You Bring: 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred A positive, solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work calmly with sensitive or emotional customer situations Willingness to learn and grow in a highly specialized field Adept with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Word, etc.) High school diploma/GED preferred Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of a headset and phone to communicate with customers. Regular interaction via digital communication platforms. Communicating with others to exchange information. Additional Information
