This paid apprenticeship offers a direct pathway into a CMA careerno previous MA experience required. Over the course of 78 months, you'll receive: On-the-job clinical training through rotations Classroom instruction and continuing education Four hours of paid study time each week Support and mentorship from experienced professionals Participants will complete rotations at St. Luke's clinics in the Baker City area, so transportation and schedule flexibility are essential. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be eligible to sit for a national certification exam and transition into a full-time CMA role at St. Luke's. Individuals accepted into the MA-T program are hired as full-time employees and are expected to stay with St. Luke's in a CMA role for at least one year post-certification. Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute Experience: At least six (6) months of healthcare experience (e.g., CNA, EMT, phlebotomy, dental assisting, patient registration, or similar) Direct patient care experience preferred What's in it for You
