Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our scheduling department. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating schedules, managing emails, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the office. Your organizational skills and multitasking abilities will be essential in supporting our project managers and clients effectively. Compensation: $17-20 / hour

Responsibilities

Assist and maintain schedules for field personnel, including setting up meetings and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed. Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines to ensure timely project delivery. Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members, providing support and information as necessary. Track and manage deadlines for various projects and tasks. Ensure documentation is organized and easily accessible for the team. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. Facilitate communication among project teams to keep everyone updated on project statuses. Requirements Proven experience as a Scheduling Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High school diploma is required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Familiarity with scheduling software or project management tools is preferred. Benefits
