JLL Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) is currently searching for a customer-focused Facilities Manager who will be embedded in our high-profile client account. The Facilities Manager will report to the Senior Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager's main responsibility is to assure the daily site Facility Management of the portfolio, manage the regional budgets within the defined financial framework and deliver exceptional facility services. What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like
Proactively manage all facility services in accordance with JLL account and client standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior customer satisfaction Develop and manage operating facilities and capital budgets for the assigned portfolio, track variances and manage within target Using industry and client best practices, plan, schedule, and coordinate all frequency and maintenance activities Coordinate the operational aspects of the property to protect, maintain and improve the value of the client's assets Implement preventive, ongoing and anticipated maintenance/repair programs Oversee daily work order review and ensure successful service delivery and customer experience Ensure all site management and operations practices comply with JLL and client standards Manage third-party vendors/contractors with respect to work order completion and service delivery Provide vendor coaching on CMMS (Corrigo) and ensure the integrity of the system Interface with vendors, providing directions to ensure excellent coordination of work with minimal disruption Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to enhance user experience Perform monthly reporting, forecasting and asset management on all sites Develop multi-year capital improvement project plans and manage the project completion process Manage operations to mitigate operational risk Develop a close working relationship with all the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service. Monitor performance by scopes of work and contractual agreements Perform monthly reporting, forecasting and asset management on all sites Develop and manage a high performing facilities team of diverse skilled tradesmen and professionals All additional duties commensurate to the level of the role Required Skills And Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; military service or BS or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management 5+ years of proven work experience managing commercial facilities as a third-party provider, corporate, or as a consultant 3+ years of proven people management/supervisory work experience leading an Integrated Facilities Management team Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) &/or Building Management System (BMS) Strong leadership skills, customer service skills and interpersonal skills with his/her associates, clients and vendors. Knowledge of applicable financial and accounting terms and principles as they apply to commercial property management. Strong client service orientation with the ability to provide information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the Vendors. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, vendors, contractors and supervision. What You Can Expect From Us
