Epic Applications Analyst

with a focus on

Professional Billing and Charge Router

to join our dynamic Epic team in Charlotte. This role plays a critical part in supporting our revenue cycle operations and driving efficient claims processing and reimbursement workflows. Essential Functions:

Support the build, maintenance, and optimization of Epic tools related to Professional Billing and Charge Router. Collaborate with revenue cycle and clinical teams to design workflows that promote accurate charge capture and efficient billing. Configure charge router rules and billing workflows to align with operational needs and compliance standards. Troubleshoot charge-related issues and identify root causes impacting clean claim rates. Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, testing, and documentation related to charge capture and billing processes. Skills & Abilities:

Familiarity with the full revenue cycle and the impact of charge integrity on billing outcomes. Ability to analyze and resolve charge routing issues, claim edits, and billing discrepancies. Experience collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to balance compliance, efficiency, and user experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 35 years of experience in healthcare IT

or revenue cycle operations. Epic Certification in Charge Router preferred. Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing strongly preferred. Knowledge of payer requirements, billing edits, and reimbursement practices is a plus. Employee Type
