Office Admin Associate

The School of Environment and Natural Resources (SENR) seeks a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage operations at its Wooster Campus office. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the SENR Wooster office, supporting faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. The coordinator will oversee administrative functions, manage office logistics, and provide fiscal and personnel support in alignment with university policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main public and internal contact for the SENR Wooster office. Coordinate information flow, document preparation, and administrative support activities. Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for departmental records. Make decisions related to office procedures and process improvements. Handle confidential materials and perform complex administrative tasks. Manage office logistics including supply ordering, vehicle and conference room calendars, and facility work orders. Supervise undergraduate office assistants and oversee surplus property disposal. Serve as Asset Tracking Specialist and local P-card manager. Provide administrative support to the SENR Assistant Director

Wooster Operations. Assist with scheduling, program administration, and faculty/staff oversight. Receive and deposit checks for SENR programs and assist with purchasing, travel, HR, and IT services. Support faculty with research project budgeting and reporting. Collaborate with SENR-Columbus administrative and fiscal staff, including fleet vehicle accounting and backup support. Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or communications, including budgeting and information analysis. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. 24 years of relevant administrative experience. Familiarity with OSU policies and business systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software. Experience with administrative support, recordkeeping, and office coordination. Location:
