Location: Brooklyn, New York Full Time Pay rate: $55k - $60k + Benefits Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China. Job Description: An Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting in a professional environment. Professional certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus. Familiarity with common hardware components, printers, and peripherals. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android), productivity applications (Microsoft Office), and popular software applications.
