Limelight Hotels by Aspen One provides authentic and contemporary connections to their communities and the adventures that surround them. Set in the heart of elevated and unique locations, each Limelight hotel is carefully designed with distinctive design and purposeful functionality, created to evoke a sense of place and a point of view. Current locations include across Colorado in Aspen, Snowmass, Denver, and Boulder (coming fall 2025); Ketchum, Idaho; and Mammoth, California (coming by the end of 2025). The Club Manager oversees member services and the daily operations of the club. This role ensures financial profitability, high service standards, facility upkeep, and positive guest and member satisfaction. The Club Manager is responsible for supervising and training staff, managing labor and operational budgets, and maintaining strong interdepartmental communication. This role reports directly to the General Manager. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Applications for this position will be accepted until July 27, 2025. Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the general operation of club facilities on a day-to-day basis Ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance needs, and secure closing procedures are met Manage and train service, concierge, and ski locker room staff according to established standards Maintain labor controls and reconcile daily receipts, gratuities, and timekeeping records Foster high levels of member and guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly Coordinate with culinary and hotel operations team regarding member club food amenities, timing, and service Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and staffing levels based on business needs Oversees employee gratuities in logbook and submits to payroll for tax purposes Assists in planning, set up, and execution of club events Lead pre-service and weekly operational meetings with staff Uphold and enforce service standards, operating procedures, and club policies Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements: College degree preferred Minimum 3 years of private club management experience required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient computer and point-of-sale system experience Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills Ability to foster teamwork and cross-department collaboration Proficiency in financial reporting, scheduling, and labor management Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers Ability to maintain composure and sound decision-making in high-pressure situations Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest and staff relations Ability to develop and implement staff training programs Strong problem-solving skills and guest recovery abilities Ability to engage with members in a positive and helpful manner Work Environment & Physical Demands: Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time Regularly work in adverse conditions and required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50) Job Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Programs Flexible Spending Account Programs Life Insurance Programs Paid Time Off Programs Paid Leave Programs 401(k) Savings Plan Employee Ski Pass and Dependent Ski Passes Other company perks Aspen One is an equal opportunity employer (Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran).
