Laboratory Technician I
Are you passionate about cutting-edge science and making a real impact in the world of cell-based therapies? Join our dynamic team as a Laboratory Technician I, where you'll help shape the future of regenerative medicine and advanced biologics. As a key member of our development team, you'll help transition innovative cell-based therapy methods from the lab to our GMP production facility. You'll work hands-on with advanced technologies and collaborate with experts to develop scalable, high-throughput processes that meet rigorous quality standards. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Collaborating with GMP Management to drive strategic initiatives and project timelines. Supporting production goals through inventory control and resource management. Operating and maintaining cutting-edge equipment including ultracentrifuges, bioreactors, COBE cell processors, and NOVA analyzers. Performing essential testing such as PCR, flow cytometry, UV-Vis, and wet chemistry. Executing daily manufacturing processes with precision and attention to GMP documentation. Assisting in process documentation, revisions, and change controls. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a Life Science field (Biology, Virology, Biotechnology, etc.) 6 months to 1 year of industry experience or strong academic research background Hands-on experience with cell culture, PCR, and flow cytometry Solid understanding of aseptic technique, liquid separation, and fluid handling Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
