Guest Experience Attendant

The Guest Experience Attendant position values guests and is committed to providing a positive impression while delivering world class service. This position plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests and employees. Game/Event Responsibilities

Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class service Interact with Amalie Arena guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner. Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies Comply with and adhere to all conduct standards Successfully perform varied and complex tasks Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours Essential Duties

Assist guests with scanning their tickets into the arena Create an enjoyable guest experience through guest engagement Ensure all guests are adhering to the fan code of conduct Provide a clean and safe environment by performing sanitization procedures Operates the elevator during events and games Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications
