This position plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests and employees. Game/Event Responsibilities
Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class plus service Interact with Amalie Arena guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies Comply with and adhere to all conduct standards Successfully perform varied and complex tasks Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours Essential Duties
Assist conversion technicians with set up and take down of Plaza events Direct and greet guests as they arrive at the Arena Respond to and investigate incidents that occur on the East and West Plaza Manage large crowds pre- and post-event Manage the lines at the ticket office, Thunder Alley food stands, student rush, and all gates Provide a clean and safe environment by performing sanitization procedures Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications
