Summary: Under the supervision of the Sr. Director - IT Solutions & Health Plan Management, manages data, basic operations, and audit functions in designated Information Technology Applications used by PACE Southeast Michigan (PACE SEMI). These applications include but are not limited to UltiPro/WorkDay for Human Resources functions and PACECare Online as an Electronic Health Record, and any INTUS Care or other data analytics/AI software as well as their related analytic and ancillary programs. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: Working with leaders, manage the employee access to designated IT Applications including provision of access, password assignment and reset, and basic troubleshooting. Works as PACE SEMI resource for data dashboards, predictive analytics, and related IT functions using Artificial Intelligence (AI) where appropriate. Acts as a liaison between PACE SEMI and vendors providing these data/AI resources as well as other vendors for data sharing, transmission and similar issues. Completes training in assigned IT Applications used by PACE SEMI to the level of content expert to problem-solve daily operational issues encountered by the general user. Completes periodic audits of user access, utilization compliance, and other application-related tasks as assigned. Prepares and submits reports of audits; assists with investigations of data errors, access issues, or workflow problems when required. Maintains confidentiality of all participant and employee information in compliance with HIPAA and all other regulatory/legal requirements. Provides orientation, education, and teaching to staff as required to ensure basic competency of application users. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Technology, Health Information Management, Data Management, or related degree; Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare office environment using an Electronic Medical Record Must have one year of experience with a frail, elderly population WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional office environment Occasional interaction with participants with risk of exposure to communicable diseases Equal Opportunity Employer.
