Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator
Oliver Wyman is seeking exceptionally qualified candidates for an Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator position in our New York City office. Interested individuals should have extraordinary intellectual curiosity, maturity and judgment, as demonstrated by their professional experience and extracurricular responsibilities. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting the entry level recruiting team's talent acquisition methods and strategies for all matters related to but not limited to undergrad, specialist, MBA, PhD & Senior Consultant hiring. The coordinator must be able to think strategically and execute the operational plan. In the process, they will need to build outstanding relationships with OW partners and staff and represent OW enthusiastically and intelligently. Please note: this is a hybrid role that requires a presence in the office 3 days per week. There is no option to work fully remote. Key Responsibilities: Support all aspects of the recruitment cycle: job postings, events on and off campus, resume screening, interviews, offers, and sell efforts. Manage all components of Workday, our applicant tracking system, in coordination with the recruiters including: creating applications, processing candidates, uploading interview details and results, and producing reports as needed. Ensure recruiting databases are up-to-date, including both the campus systems and the applicant tracking system. Generate and send offer letters and manage the collection of new hire paperwork via Workday. Assist with the shipping of campus marketing materials. Process recruiting invoices. Manage communications with candidates promptly, answering emails and requests as needed by recruiters and candidates. Coordinate interview days including: scheduling interviewer time, managing room booking, ordering catering, printing and collating interviewer packs, assisting with candidate travel planning, collecting receipts and travel reimbursement request forms from candidates. Own special projects related to recruiting process improvement as needed. Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of recruiting systems is a plus (Workday Recruiter, Handshake, HireVue, etc.). Professional, confident, and outgoing demeanor. Ability to work independently, but also as part of highly collaborative team. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. The applicable base salary range for this role is $58,000 to $75,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
