You'll partner with clients, media leads, analytics teams, and creative collaborators to design and deliver full-funnel media strategies tailored to each brand's goals. Whether it's managing day-to-day communication, developing strategic plans, tracking campaign performance, or bringing innovative ideas to the table, your work will ensure clients feel heard, supported, and excited about what's next. What You Will Do Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and lead strategic, full-funnel media plans that align with each client's brand vision and goals. Use strong budget management skills to oversee spending and forecasting, optimizing ad spend to achieve client KPIs. Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear, consistent communication. Work directly with senior leadership and media channel teams to create, update, and present media plans and deliverables. Serve as the primary connection between clients, internal teams, and external partners. Lead and motivate a team of media experts. Ensure operational excellence by coordinating project schedules. Tackle challenges efficiently and effectively. Partner with media and analytics teams to create reports and dashboards. Oversee omnichannel campaign performance. Develop and present comprehensive client reports. Drive test-and-learn initiatives. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Stay current with industry trends. Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business. What You Will Bring 7+ years of experience in Client Strategy, including 3+ years of leadership experience. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated strategies. Bring deep experience developing multi-channel plans. Fluent in performance reporting. Shape strategic presentations.
