Seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Chef Manager to oversee the culinary and food service operations at Stryker Corporation, a global leader in medical technology. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of a high-volume food service account while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Flexibility is key as you will need to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day culinary operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving of products. Oversee the preparation and delivery of food while maintaining food safety, quality standards, and exceptional customer service. Drive cost control measures through effective menu development, purchasing, and inventory management, with an emphasis on local sourcing. Demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices throughout operations. Ensure financial accountability and assist in P&L management to meet budgetary goals. Adapt to changing business needs and be flexible in managing diverse tasks and responsibilities across the operation. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary management within a contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant environment Knowledge of inventory and purchasing control required Must be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. In-depth understanding of current food trends, catering practices, food cost control, sanitation standards, and food presentation. Experience with exposition-style cooking and large-scale food production. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L accountability and contract-managed services. ServSafe certification is highly preferred. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Apply to CulinArt today!
