Staff Accountant

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the automotive or manufacturing industry and/or experience working in a publicly traded company. You Will: Monitor and review all monthly intercompany transactions, including inventory movements, and work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Tax and Trade Compliance teams on transfer pricing invoicing. Prepare monthly manual journal entries related to intercompany transactions and other assigned accounting areas. Perform account reconciliations in Blackline for areas of responsibility. Partner with the ERP team to support automation of intercompany transactions within SAP. Assist with equity accounting and reporting processes, including preparation of quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations for share-based compensation. Support the preparation of management discussion and analysis (MD&A) sections for Form 10-Q filings. Support the Company's cash flow reporting process and prepare various regulatory and banking reports. Assist with periodic IFRS reporting to the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Support the implementation and documentation of processes and controls in compliance with SOX requirements. Participate in special projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed. You Bring: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector and/or within a public company environment. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Blackline is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders.
