Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests. Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep the rooms clean according to established standards. Visually inspect the rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items. Assist guests by providing them with bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Basic Functions and Job Tasks: Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards. Visually inspect the rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items. Assist guests whenever possible by providing them with bedding, towels, amenities, or information they request. You may be asked to help in the laundry/clean public spaces when needed. Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service while discovering and responding quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests. Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week and our busiest days are weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Working on Saturday and Sunday may be a requirement for this position. General Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Requires in-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as cleaning supplies. Requires the ability to work without direct supervision. Provides excellent customer service. Mental and Physical Requirements: EDUCATION: Requires knowledge, skills, and mental abilities equivalent to the completion of 2 years of high school. EXPERIENCE: Previous cleaning experience is useful but not necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Requires the ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift. Requires the ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities. Requires the ability to lift 25
