Who You Are: You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator What You Will Be Doing: You'll... Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. 1+ years' in supply chain management and/or procurement or 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master's degree

Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)
Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay.
Developing Project/Program Management skills Written and verbal communication and organization skills Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated
Learning subcontract management skills/practices
