Toya's Precious Jewels Academy of the Permian Basin is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for families, handling various administrative duties while creating a welcoming environment for parents, children, and staff. Work Hours: 8:00 AM
5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist families and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries. Process payments and manage financial transactions for tuition and other fees. Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic. Perform data entry and manage documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Provide support to the administrative team with day-to-day operations. Collaborate with families and staff to ensure clear communication and smooth operations. Qualifications
Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle financial transactions and maintain confidentiality. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred. Benefits
