Partner Services Coordinator
Susquehanna Service Dogs is seeking a full time Partner Services Coordinator to join in our mission of providing service dogs that give people the confidence to live more independent lives, doing things they didn't think possible. The Partner Services Coordinator is the primary contact for people applying for a service or facility dog. This position assists with the application process, conducts interviews, coordinates processes, and maintains relationships with partners, volunteers, and others committed to the SSD mission. Position Details: $17.00 per hour, may increase based on experience Full time, non-exempt position Primarily daytime hours with flexibility to meet program needs Position requires some travel to locations throughout program service area Keystone Human Services offers a great work environment, excellent benefits, career development and advancement opportunities Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field Two years of experience in human services or customer services Strong communication skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems Valid driver's license and access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, Child Abuse and FBI clearances Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
