Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control. Lead coordination between architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Review and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status to stakeholders. Prepare and present regular reports on project performance. Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation. Qualifications: Minimum of

5+ years' experience

managing multifamily construction projects. Proven track record of delivering large-scale multifamily developments on time and within budget. Strong understanding of construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
