Job Description

Oversee all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout for high-rise multifamily developments exceeding $100M+. Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and owners to align project objectives with design intent and budget constraints. Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high standards of performance, safety, and quality. Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, and conflicts to maintain smooth operations. The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in large-scale, high-rise multifamily construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects of $100M+ value. They will be a strategic thinker, a confident leader, and a skilled communicator who thrives in high-pressure environments. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in project management software and strong financial acumen.
