This Role Is Located Onsite in Kennesaw, GA

Position Summary:

Coordinates and ensures the appropriate licenses are attained and held by brokers, producers, and agents. Key Responsibilities:

Collect and review sensitive personal and corporate information for the organization's brokers and agents. Review approved policy applications and confirm state required licenses/affiliations/appointments are in place prior to policy issuance. Review corporate and individual background data, regulatory actions, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) results for potential compliance issues. Assign appointments for processing based on above reviews. Maintain monthly document and appointment information for distribution to managers, corporate office, and regional personnel. Maintain licensing system to include agency, agent, licensing, and appointment information. Resolve state and company appointment discrepancies. Provide licensing guidance to personnel from other departments in the Company. Act as liaison between departments for set-up issues and questions. Education, Experience & Knowledge:

Preferred Associate Degree and or High school diploma or GED 2 years Relevant and progressive experience in multi-state insurance licensing and carrier appointment experience Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy Outstanding attention to detail Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) Tokio Marine offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including: Generous paid time off (PTO), 12 paid company holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan with 6% company match.
