A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication. What You Bring To SBHG (Qualifications): High School completion required; Associate's degree in a Social Services field preferred. Parent, other relative, or friend of a consumer of mental health or other social services OR two (2) years of experience in mental health or Social Services or public housing fields. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Valid California Driver's License. Note:

Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy. How You Will Make A Difference: The Resource Specialist works directly with youth and families who are referred to Starlight Community Services. The Specialist helps clients, and families in identifying and accessing resources for housing, Family Finding, social supports, and any other identified needed services. Division/Program Overview: Provides mental health services to youth involved in juvenile and child welfare systems. Participates in 24/7 on-call system; pay differential. Wraparound approach provides services to entire family. Services provided in community, home-based, and juvenile justice systems (Ranch, juvenile hall).
