Sr. Business Analyst

The Sr. Business Analyst will play an important role in understanding cross-functional stakeholder needs, facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst these stakeholders, identifying the current- and future-state business processes and systems, helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future, creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications, facilitating design sessions with the development team to define the solution and delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables. A Sr. Business Analyst will have 5+ years of practical experience as an analyst, with repeated practice performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations. A Sr. Business Analyst knows what business analysis techniques to use, influences the desired outcome on a project, assess and manage risk and define change strategy. A person in this role works independently and may plan, supervise or lead the work of others on large projects and work efforts. Qualifications
Knowledge and Education: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience: 5+ years direct working experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare field. Skills/Competencies: Demonstrate Mass General Health Plan's core brand principles of always listening, challenging conventions, and providing value. Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions. Exercise self-awareness; monitor impact on others; be receptive to and seek out feedback; use self-discipline to adjust to feedback. Be accountable for delivering high-quality work.
