We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR administrative assistant to join our ambitious Human Resources dream team! If you are passionate about Human Resource operations and you would like to give your contribution in creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you. Your job will be to provide support to the HR department by performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: collecting and managing data pertaining to our employees in a confidential manner, assist employees with their questions and / or concerns, and work with Recruiter and other Human Resource staff members to streamline processes. This position reports to the HR Director. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource department Manage and update HR databases with different information such as: new applicants, new hires, terminations, etc. Answer telephone calls and provide needed information Answer employees' questions and assist on requested information regarding human resource issues - rules and regulations Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to coordinate communication with candidates, schedule interviews, and update our database Other duties as assigned by management Requirements and skills Must be bilingual Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant or relevant human resource position for minimum of 2 years Previous experience in the construction industry is a PLUS Ability to effectively use computer software including but limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software Proficient and accurate typing skills Basic knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills Data-driven mindset We strongly encourage women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and veterans to apply to all our job openings.
