As the Medical Education Regional Program Manager, your focus is to deliver world-class education programs to Electrophysiologists (EPs), Cardiologists and Allied Health professionals, as well as supporting the training of field personnel who work with these customers and therapies. This role supports the Cardiac Rhythm Management business. You will work with the business units to align education programs to business strategies. You will also work with expert faculty/KOLs to ensure our programming is meeting the needs of the customer. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we have a robust program offering, delivering the right programs, in the right format, at the right time. You will identify areas of continuous improvement and implement best practices across the team to maximize resources and reduce costs. This will lead to expanded education offerings to deliver a bigger impact to our customers, field, and business. In this highly collaborative role, you will work in tandem with team members on the development and execution of education plans across the organization. The CRM operating unit is based in Mounds View, MN. This role is open to remote within the US for qualified candidates. A Day in the Life Build program strategy for regional centers of education for the CRM portfolio Obtain information needed to prepare training programs. Determine training delivery methodology; develop program agendas, training materials and course content in conjunction with faculty and subject matter experts. Lead the program management of customer and in some cases, employee education events including planning, execution, and follow-up post-program Ensure training program(s) meets business and customer objectives Develop a deep understanding of CRM product portfolio and be able to articulate and demonstrate these concepts to health care providers Maintain communication with field leaders and faculty to ensure effectiveness of training. Develop and maintain strong faculty, field, and marketing relationships In conjunction with the product marketing team and strategic learning solutions team, prepare and support activities and training programs Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep procedural and technical information up to date Collaborate effectively with team and other departments (Marketing, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, etc.), to ensure necessary alignment, support, and input to training plans and projects Build, maintain and communicate program performance metrics Manage program budgets within annual operating plan Provide strategic input to grow and develop programs year over year within the annual operating plan and strategic plan Have in-depth understanding of and maintain compliance to business conduct and other policies, processes and required documentation Promote programs/resources to internal and external stakeholders and customers Work with content/document review and approval process, which requires understanding of and adherence to mandatory guidelines and work instructions that maintain compliance in our regulated industry Maintain general project management tracking for program activities relevant to compliance, logistics, budget, and metrics Works independently but with direction from team manager, regional, and functional or technical experts Performs other duties as requested/assigned Ability to travel approximately 20-30% Must Have: Minimum Requirements To be considered, these minimum requirements must be evident on your resume: High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience). Nice to Have Experience working with physician and allied health professionals. Healthcare experience/knowledge; experience working with clinician faculty and KOLs. Salary ranges for US (excl. PR) locations (USD): $109,600.00 - $164,400.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
