Marketing Senior Manager - Sales Enablement Content Strategist (Compliance Solutions)

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Sales Enablement Content Strategist for our suite of Compliance Solutions products to create compelling, conversion-focused content that empowers our sales team and accelerates deal cycles. This role is part of our marketing organization but works closely with sales to develop the materials needed during the final phases of the B2B buyer's journey

from deep consideration to decision. The ideal candidate is a skilled content creator with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, strong interviewing skills for gathering information from SMEs, and fluency with modern generative AI tools to increase both quality and efficiency of output. Content Development:

Develop late-stage sales and marketing content including sales presentations and pitch decks, product and solution one-pagers, ROI calculators and product comparison sheets and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate the value of our Compliance Solutions products. Generative AI Experience:

Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Jasper, etc.) to speed up drafting and enhance productivity. Sales Campaign Integration:

Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate sales enablement content into ongoing sales campaigns, ensuring that messaging is consistent and impactful. Training and Support:

Support training teams with content and provide guidance to the sales team on how to effectively utilize sales enablement materials in their sales processes. Administration and Performance Tracking:

Manage and maintain content into Seismic and ensure alignment with Salesforce workflows when needed. Analyze the performance of materials and campaigns to track effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales and Marketing colleagues to identify and prioritize the right content that aligns with sales strategies and customer needs. Facilitate feedback loops to assess content effectiveness and refine materials accordingly. Work with designers to produce visually compelling, on-brand deliverables Gather insights from subject matter experts to translate technical/complex concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
