As a member of ADP's Global Payroll Leadership team, the Vice President of Implementation is responsible, on a regional scope - for successful project realization in compliance with ADP Global Payroll methodology and financial goals. The Vice President develops and maintains common methods, processes and procedures to ensure continuity of these methods, processes and procedures throughout the world. You will be responsible for instituting and maintaining a consistent worldwide, continuous improvement processes, as well as compiling, evaluating and reporting on Implementation metrics. This position makes recommendations and compiles project plans to implement improvements as measured by decreased cost, reduced start times and client satisfaction. In this role as Vice President, you will direct management of Implementation, client satisfaction, implementation methodology, staffing/hiring metrics, associate performance measurement, project measurement, time tracking, tools development, implementation costing and consistency across all regions, client satisfaction survey methods and goals. The role will oversee multiple pillars as outlined below: Execute financial and strategic objectives for Global Payroll Americas while providing a positive client experience. Ensure practices and processes are developed to focus on quality and timely go-lives in line with Global Payroll annual operating plans. In liaison with the Regional Implementation Leaders, actively develop processes and tools to monitor and guide all activities of regional projects while ensuring client expectations are met. Define, develop and optimize staffing models and performance metrics focusing on automation, client satisfaction and quality measurements, to manage the Americas implementation organization activities consistently. Participate as a key member of the Global Payroll leadership team providing updates on Implementation clients/strategies/processes to the Service senior leadership team. Stabilize and reduce costs for implementations - manage client escalations and develop and improve the change request process in a manner that supports client effectiveness and satisfaction. Actively participate in the sales process for Global Payroll prospective clients, providing product support and sharing market and industry insights. Ensure timely and effective hiring, development, and mentoring of resources to achieve business objectives. Act as the executive sponsor for client projects to maintain effective client relationships and manage escalations. Participate and support global implementation programs, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units. Contribute, coordinate, and deploy implementation structures that gain alignment across Global Payroll organization. Critical Success Factors, Skills, and Experience:
Understanding of our operating model in Global Payroll, our solution suite and how it can be leveraged to meet clients' needs Experienced in working effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse environment. Ability to influence key senior leader stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Experienced at negotiations and have been part of strategic planning and business development cycles. You also have familiarity with technology and its role in driving better business outcomes. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with experience presenting in front of senior leaders. Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the local office and 2 days at home. Locations: Alpharetta, GA, El Paso, TX and Elk Grove Village, IL. International travel will be required several times a year 15+ years experience leading a large, complex, matrixed service and/or implementation organization preferably multi-country leadership experience BA/BS in Business Administration, or the equivalent in education and experience Experience in complex transformations, program management and change management with a proven track record in delivering results Leveraging P&L and financial statements to make decisions HCM Industry experience Must be fluent in English, additional language preferred Leader of Leader experience (this VP will have ~7 to 8 directs with a very large indirect population of associates) Extensive experience in operations or process improvement, with in-depth knowledge of delivering high-quality client experience Creative thinking with strong degree of adaptability and flexibility and one who thrives in an environment of continuous change and growth Excellent communication, time management, project management and change management skills Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and a proven ability to develop leaders Must be recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, communication, business acumen and planning capabilities Proven partnership with other senior-level functional leaders to achieve results
